Over a longer period of time even a high-grade IT system does not always function without problems.

In order to reduce any possible impairments to an absolute minimum and to be able to react immediately, if necessary, we monitor your IT system fully automatically and around the clock by means of a Monitoring-System. In this way our very well qualified technicians can intervene immediately with the help of a Remote Support Tool as soon as the slightest problem arises. Provided you give your consent, one of our IT specialists logs-in to your computer, determines the source of errors using the respective software and removes it.

Now and again it can happen that, for example, a certain component is faulty, then our means of remote maintenance are not sufficient. In this case we either send one of our specialists to you to help on-site or we inform the manufacturer of the respective IT components, who in their turn arrange for the repairs to be done. Depending on the agreement, our service extends to the supply of a spare server.
